What to Expect on the Day of Endoscopic Brow Lift Surgery
On the day of surgery, you will arrive at the surgical facility and be prepared by the medical team. Dr. Matteo Amoroso will review the surgical plan before the procedure begins.
An endoscopic brow lift may be performed under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia, depending on the extent of surgery, patient preference, and medical safety.
Small incisions are placed within the hairline. Through these incisions, the endoscope and specialized instruments are used to release and reposition selected forehead and brow tissues. The brow is then secured in a more elevated and natural position using internal fixation techniques.
The incisions are closed carefully, and a light dressing may be applied depending on the surgical plan.
Endoscopic Brow Lift Recovery
Recovery after an endoscopic brow lift is usually well tolerated, although swelling, mild bruising, tightness, tenderness, and temporary numbness in the forehead or scalp are expected during the early healing phase.
