What it is
Chin and neck liposuction removes localized fat beneath the chin and along the neck through tiny incisions, sharpening the jawline and improving the profile. It treats a fuller or undefined neck caused by fat rather than loose skin.
A fine cannula is used to suction fat through one or two small, hidden incisions, often under the chin. It works best when the skin still has good elasticity to redrape over the new contour.
It is a focused contouring procedure, not a neck lift, and is not the answer for loose neck skin or prominent muscle bands. All surgery carries risks, and results vary.

Before the procedure

During the procedure
